Covenant Presbyterian Church Wedding Policy

Covenant Presbyterian Church has been blessed with a beautiful facility, which will be used to the glory of God. We are pleased to share it with the Christian community for weddings when the building is not scheduled for church activities.

Please be aware that we are in the middle of construction of our new sanctuary. It is scheduled to be completed by the summer of 2009.

The use of the facilities may be reserved by a member up to nine months before the date of the wedding.

The use of the facilities may be reserved by a non-member up to six months before the date of the wedding. An announcement will run in the church bulletin for two consecutive weeks to insure that there is no conflict with church activities.

Covenant Presbyterian Church Gym Rental Policy

Rental reservations for practices are made by Cyndi De Young
8AM -12N, Monday - Friday, cyndid@covenantpres.com or 383-2206, ext. 206.

The order of consideration for gym rental is as follows:  
1.  Covenant Presbyterian Church Ministry Function
2.  The Covenant School Function
3.  Individual rental  (members only – church or school)

Non-member rental is not allowed.

All teams will be required to have at least one member of either the church or school playing on the team. Team rosters, the full rental fee and a completed application and liability form are required from the team before a reservation is considered finalized and practices can begin.

A team cannot be sponsored by a member without having actual players as members. All forms are to be sent to Cyndi De Young at the church who will then forward a copy to the gym committee.

• Team rental rates are $25 per hour for half gym rental. Team practices will be scheduled per half gym with the maximum time limit per week of 2 hours. There is a two hour limit per week for individuals wanting to rent the gym.  
• Full gym rental for birthday parties is $50 per hour.
• For WNSL games and sports camps/clinics, rates will be $75 per hour to offset personnel costs associated with a gym monitor.

The gym committee is to resolve any disputes.  Please refer all questions and concerns to Joe Crockett.

All rules of the gym are to be followed at all times by all people.  Gym privileges will be revoked for those parties unwilling to follow rules.
