Organized in the fall of 1990 Covenant Presbyterian Church is deeply committed to upholding the historic doctrines of grace in a relevant and caring environment. Located in the heart of Green Hills God has enabled us to proclaim God's inerrant and authoritative Word in a fresh liturgical style of worship complemented by numerous opportunities for warm fellowship and ministry outreach. Since our inception we have resolved to be:
- a church governed by ruling elders who teach and shepherd the flock with assistance from deacons eager to serve the physical needs of our people;
- a church committed to the spiritual growth and nurture of our children and youth through The Covenant School (grades pre-K through 6) and our CPC children's and youth ministry;
- a church eager to break bread together each Wednesday night during the school year and in neighborhood C-groups during the summer that we might truly be a fellowship of believers in Jesus Christ;
- a church that engages in joyful, reverent, liturgical worship wherein the gospel is proclaimed in word and sacrament each Sunday morning;
- a church that is committed to equipping ourselves for evangelism, discipleship and missions;
- a church that shows we are Christians by our love.
