Calling All Ladies!
Have you ever asked, where is God in the ordinary, day to day grind of my life? Is He doing something significant or great in the ordinary? Is a lifetime of continuing to seek to obey my God worth the struggle, especially when it seems that doing so will give me no hope for the future? Is a lifetime of struggling to keep a vow I have made to God worth it?
If you are ever asked these questions, join us for our WIC Summer Bible Study on the book of Ruth! The setting is in a very dark time in the history of God’s people, the period of the Judges. In the midst of this dark season, God was at work personally in the life of one little family, through whom Jesus would come! In the midst of not just one tragedy, but six tragedies, their sovereign God undergirds all that is happening and pours out redemption and restoration after a season of drought in their lives, the blessings of which are still felt in our lives today.
We will meet in the Room 224 (2nd floor) at 6:30 p.m. for 4 Tuesday nights beginning July 8th.
No sign up is necessary and there will not be a nursery.
