D-Groups and Midweek
Wednesdays starting at 5:00 p.m.
One of the most crucial elements of spiritual growth is discipleship. Covenant’s Youth Ministry sets aside Wednesday evenings during the school year for our middle school students to meet for Bible study, worship, and fellowship in D-groups. In this setting, students can study God’s Word and explore ways to apply it to their daily lives.
Community Events
During the school year, we have two middle school events monthly - a service project called "Servo “ (the first Friday of each month) and a community event (Go-Karts, Putt-Putt, mall tag…). In the Summer, we have a weekly event called "Bondo" on Tuesdays evenings, where we swim and eat pizza. We also have bible studies and hang times. These events are especially important in building relationships within our youth ministry.
Retreats and Annual Events
We have three retreats per year; Winter in January, Summer in July, and Fall in September. We also have a Summer Mission Trip in June. Also, two grade-specific events; 8th-grade Kings Island Trip in April and a 7th-Grade Day in May.
